not bad, but...

Since the update to V 3.0. the app permanently uses the location services, the little arrow indicating this is permanently on. With the previous version I havent had this issue, I fear that it will drain the battery.
Question: is it really necessary to use the location service, when I only use the "calendar silent" function. Im still on OS 6.1.4.
I can also not see a switch to enable the new Push Notification, or is this OS7 specific?
