Google Calendar support

I figured out how to make this work with Google Calendars:

1) Add your Google Gmail calendars to the iPhone Calendar app.
2) Google Calendar shows calendars in two groups: "My calendars" and "Other calendars". iPhone Calendar only sees "My calendars". If you want the iPhone to see one of the "Other calendars", make sure that Google Calendars sharing settings give you "Make changes AND manage sharing" permission.
3) Add event to Google calendar and include "!silent" in the "Description".
4) iPhone Calendar should notice that event.
5) AutoSilent should pick up that event via iPhone Calendar.
