Clunky interface and battery killer

One of my biggest pet peeves about the iPhone is that there is no way to silence notifications while you are on a call. It’s really quite annoying to have the phone buzzing and beeping in my ear while I’m on the phone. I purchased this app to stop that nonsense. However, it uses GPS constantly, so the battery drains. I assume this is in order for the application to continuously run in the background. However, it makes the app useless.
