Does just what you need it to

This app does one thing, and it does it really well. If you need your phone to be silent but you find you’re constantly forgetting to turn off the ringer, AutoSilent will look at whatever calendar(s) you want and automatically mute and unmute your phone. It will also mute it when you reach a particular location, on a predetermined schedule (e.g., you work 8-5 but don’t have things on your calendar the whole time), or for a certain length of time (e.g., you need not to be bothered for 25 minutes while you finish something or during an hour and 38 minute movie). I’ve used it for a little more than a year, and it’s great. I had a minor technical issue, and my emails to the developer were returned promptly, and the issue was resolved quickly.
This is one app that is definitely worth paying for.
